A series of paintings produced during a residency at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin. The work responded to the transgenerational trauma caused by colonial crimes, man-made famine and ecocide, highlighting the role of land and food production in Ukraine and Ireland.
Sana Shahmuradova Tanska is a painter who lives in Kyiv (UA). Tanska has presented work at public arts institutions and galleries including Dhaka Art Summit, Dhaka (BD), Mystetsky Arsenal, Kyiv, Ukraine (UA) and Palais de Tokyo, Paris (FR).
