Visitor Engagement Team Recruitment

We’re seeking expressions of interest for the visitor engagement team which runs throughout 29 August to 26 October, 2025.

The visitor engagement team will play an important role in mediating artworks with public audiences, providing outstanding visitor experience at the exhibition front of house, and supporting the EVA team with behind the scenes operations. The engagement team will be able to select their own shifts during venue opening hours (Wednesday to Sunday). In return, participants can deepen their knowledge of contemporary Irish and international art, develop a variety of skills, see how a large-scale event is run, and meet and learn from art professionals.

Please send a brief introduction about yourself, your interest in being involved, and any relevant experience. We’re looking for people committed to multiple shifts a week around their own schedule. A stipend will be provided to all participants.

EVA International – Ireland’s Biennial of Contemporary Art was founded by artists in 1977 and it remains one of the longest running visual arts organisations in Ireland, with a history of working with some of the world’s most influential artists and curators.
