The e v+ a committee and team would like to thank all the artists who submitted their work to OPEN e v+ a 2010, all the artists who participated in the exhibition this year, and all the sponsors, patrons, organisations and individuals who helped to make this years exhibition such a success. Also a special thanks to all the members of the public who took the time to visit this years show!

The exhibition ran for 10 weeks, until Sunday 23rd May, 2010.

The e v+ a Committee and Curator would like to sincerely thank all the artists who submitted to this year’s exhibition.
e v+ a 2010 Schedule of Return of Work
OPEN /INVITED e v+ a 2010 MATTERS comes to its end at 5pm on Sunday, 23 05 10.
The schedule below sets out the days and times for the return of submission(s).
In regard to the matter please consider the following points:
1. Please disregard this notice if you have already had your work returned by prior arrangement.
2. If you submitted by post and included a self addressed, stamped envelope your documentation has already been or will soon be returned by post.
3. If your work was selected and exhibited the e v+ a administration will be in touch with you shortly to arrange for its return.
4. Please be advised that the organisations named below who are generously cooperating in the return are not able or willing to store your work beyond the date given. If your work remains uncollected at closing time on that date it will be returned to Limerick directly and kept in storage at your expense until further arrangement are made for its return.
5. If you are unable to collect your work at the specified date and time and cannot delegate someone else or a courier service to make that collection for you please let the e v+ a administration know ahead of time; the work will then be kept in Limerick to await further arrangements.
6. If questions or problems arise concerning this matter before or on the indicated date please contact e v+ a at the following: info@eva.ie ; +353 (0) 87 94 77 042.
7. UNCOLLECTED WORK: Actual work and /or proposals left uncollected at the various collection points as indicated above must return to storage in Limerick directly after the specified dates. In that case contact the e v+ a administration to arrange for late collection. Storage will be at the artist’s expense. Work uncollected two weeks after specified collection dates may be considered property of e v+ a.
